- To provide and improve our cloud cost comparison and TCO analysis services
- To process your subscription payments via Stripe
- To send service-related emails (account confirmations, billing receipts)

3. Uploaded Files and Data
Files you upload for AI assessment (billing exports, inventory files, assessment reports) are processed to generate your TCO analysis. We do not:
- Share your uploaded data with any third party
- Use your data to train AI models
- Retain uploaded files longer than necessary to generate your report
- Share pricing or infrastructure details with cloud providers
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Supabase: Database and authentication provider
- Stripe: Payment processing
- Anthropic: AI processing for assessment reports (no personal data shared beyond query content)
- Netlify: Hosting and serverless functions
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, Row Level Security in our database, and secure key management. Your data is stored in Singapore-region infrastructure where possible.
