Prices are indicative and may not reflect current pricing, regional variations, negotiated discounts, or special terms. TCOIQ is not affiliated with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Always verify pricing directly with cloud providers before making procurement or migration decisions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TCOIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TCOIQ provides cloud cost comparison, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis, and AI-powered cloud migration assessment tools. The Service includes:
- Free EC2/VM price comparison across major cloud providers
- Pro subscription features including AI assessment and TCO analysis ($5 SGD/month or $50 SGD/year)
- Inventory comparison builder and export functionality
- Cloud migration guidance and best practices content
3. Pricing Information Disclaimer
TCOIQ makes no warranty that pricing information is accurate, current, or complete. Cloud providers change pricing frequently. Users should:
- Verify all pricing directly with cloud providers before making decisions
- Treat TCOIQ pricing data as estimates and starting points for research
- Consult with cloud providers or certified advisors for binding pricing
- Not rely solely on TCOIQ data for procurement or contract negotiations
4. Subscription and Payment
- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($5 SGD) or annually ($50 SGD)
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You may cancel at any time from your dashboard — access continues until period end
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our pricing database
- Share your account credentials with others
- Upload malicious files or content to our assessment tool
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
6. Uploaded Data
You retain ownership of all files you upload. By uploading, you grant TCOIQ a limited licence to process the data solely to provide the requested analysis. We do not share uploaded data with third parties or use it for training AI models.
7. Intellectual Property
TCOIQ's platform, content, branding, and methodology are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
TCOIQ is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from reliance on our pricing data, TCO analyses, or migration recommendations. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding any claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved in Singapore courts.
